Sunbright’s production equipment is mainly imported machining centers and CNC lathes; there are 90 machining centers, mainly five-axis and four-axis machines; 39 CNC lathes; and 21 45-200 ton punch presses. At the same time, it has an ultra-large stroke waterjet blanking machine, a robotic automatic welding machine, a CNC drilling machine, a centerless cylindrical grinder, a magnetic grinder, a vibration grinder, an automatic polishing machine, an automatic deburring machine, an ordinary lathe, and various drilling machines. There are more than 300 milling machines, sandblasting machines, pad printing machines, cleaning machines, inkjet printers, ovens, etc. and a fully automatic electrostatic spraying production line.
The company’s testing equipment includes the German ZEISS CMM three-coordinate meter, the German SPECTRO MAXx06 direct-reading spectrometer, the American Micro-Vu CMM optical three-coordinate meter; the American AD-2045 wet horizontal magnetic detector, the American projector, Japan’s Mitutoyo profilometer, American pneumatic measuring instrument, Italian SYSTEM AFFRI hardness tester, German GARDNER gloss meter, Japanese Keyence optical caliper and other precision testing equipment.
